Murphy’s Club
Murphy is the children’s mascot for the Zorgvliet Portfolio, known for also catering to the needs of children through child friendly restaurants, playgrounds, child care facilities and accommodation.
Murphy is our own little friendly purple creature who invites all the young ones to share in the fun. He has his own web page and kiddies club that can be accessed online at www.murphy.co.za
No less than three of the hotels and lodges in the Zorgvliet Portfolio offer fun and entertainment to children under the guidance of Murphy. By joining Murphy’s kiddies club, children can enjoy a free meal on their birthday at any of the participating lodges, and specifically at Inyama Grill House. They also receive their very own kiddies club cards and a monthly newsletter packed with fun activities and information that children enjoy.
Murphy is the inspiration for the children’s programs at Ka’Ingo Private Reserve & Spa, Riviera on Vaal Hotel & Country Club, as well as Zorgvliet Vineyard Lodge & Spa.
A typical program of entertainment offered at for example, Ka’Ingo Private Reserve & Spa entails:
- A variety of DVS’s for children, including animated, wildlife and the latest popular children movies.
- Animal puzzles.
- Game spotting at Ka’Ingo where children learn to identify animals and mark the sightings in a little booklet.
