Facilities
The Stellenbosch conference venue is unique in the sense that it is located in a charming revamped shed. Known as the Banhoek Room, it is steeped in tradition with its beautiful wooden floors and exceptionally high ceiling which lends itself to perfect sound. The Banhoek room opens up to a partially covered veranda area offering awe inspiring views of the rolling vineyards so characteristic of the Banhoek Valley.
Not only does the room serve as a Stellenbosch conference venue, but is also well suited for less formal occasions such as wedding and engagement parties or New Year’s Eve functions. If you prefer a more intimate function you can book the stately Herenhuis Restaurant with its Cape Dutch architecture. The house was built in 1692 but has been restored to its original splendor and lends itself as the perfect location for intimate dinner parties or a high level corporate function. It has three private rooms and can thus cater for more than one function at a time.
